Finding out one of my best friends was beat up, arrested, then beat up again in his cell and humiliated by cops just because of the way that he looks really upset me.

Finding out the cops now have a fake story and a fake witness to press charges against him not only infuriates me, but disturbs me.

There is so much wrong with this situation and something needs to be done.  But what?
